Background
Mr. Trevor Silver is the Managing Member of the Digital Transformation and Analytics (DTA) brand which includes the parent company DTA Capital Advisors and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including DTA Property, Digitdex, ESCF and DTA Solutions.
As Managing Member of DTA, a home office and private equity fund, Mr. Silver focuses on early-stage software & services companies that leverage artificial intelligence and global talent centers to accelerate growth. His vision is centered on driving innovation across the DTA ecosystem through artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and strategic investments.
Mr. Silver is a Senior Advisor to Tortuga Growth Partners for private equity backed technology services investments focused advanced capabilities across the United States, Europe, Mexica, Africa, Australia and India.
Previously, Mr. Silver was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Exusia, a global AI, cloud and data solutions provider. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Exusia, LLC from 2012-2024, overseering operations across Exusia, Inc. (USA), Exusia South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Exusia Limited (UK), Exusia Solutions (Canada), Exusia and Exusia India Private Limited. Exusia is now a division of Globant (NYSE GLOB) following it's acquisition in 2024. Following the acquisition, Mr. Silver led the global AI and Data practice, supporting more than 1,000 clients across 36 countries. As a Managing Director at Globant, he also led the Exusia Division, contributing to the growth of the Data and Artificial Intelligence studio globally.
Prior to Exusia, he held several technology executive roles at Braun Consulting (now FICO), Knightsbridge (now HP) and ITI Data (now EXL).
Mr. Silver has been an entrepreneur and investor for over 20 years and started his first business at 19 years old and continues to have a mission of creating platforms to help businesses transform into the digital age.
Educational Background
Mr. Silver holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he received Microsoft’s Software Engineering MVP award for his team’s work on the Microsoft Vista operating system. He has completed postgraduate studies in strategic business management at Harvard University and in artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and data science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Mr. Silver has also served as a board member at Stetson University, advising on postgraduate and continuing education programs in Disruptive Leadership, Analytics, and Big Data.
