Background
Mr. Trevor Silver is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Exusia, an AI, Cloud and Data solutions provider serving clients globally. Mr. Silver served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Exusia, LLC from 2012-2024, the parent company operating Exusia technology services businesses Exusia, Inc. (USA), Exusia South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Exusia Limited (UK), Exusia Solutions (Canada), Exusia and Exusia India Private Limited. Exusia is now a division of Globant following it's acquisition in 2024. Today, Mr. Silver is a Managing Director at Globant where he leads the Exusia Division and is supporting the growth of the Data and Artificial Intelligence studio capabilities for Globant's clients in the Americas.
Mr. Silver is a Senior Advisor to Tortuga Growth Partners for private equity backed technology services investments focused on tip of the spear capabilities across the United States, Europe, Mexica, Africa, Australia and India ,
Mr. Silver is Managing Member of the Digital Transformation and Analytics (“DTA”) brand which include the parent company DTA Capital Advisors and wholly owned subsidiaries like Exusia Property, Digitdex and DTA Solutions Private Limited. Mr Silver is the Director at ESCF, (Exusia & Silver Children's Foundation) a non-profit focused on early stage education and helping those in need across India in partnership with specialized NGOs.
As the Managing Member of DTA Capital Advisors (www.dtacap.com), a home office and private equity fund that focuses on early-stage software & services businesses, passive income strategies and blockchain technologies, Mr. Silver aims to positively disrupt the DTA ecosystem thru entrepreneurship, philanthropy and investments.
Mr. Silver has been an entrepreneur and investor for over 20 years and started his first business at 19 years old and continues to have a mission of creating platforms to help businesses transform into the digital age.
Educational Background
Mr. Silver holds a bachelor’s in computer science from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. At Purdue he received Microsoft’s Software Engineering MVP for the work he and his team did on the Microsoft Vista operating system. Mr. Silver has also taken postgraduate studies in strategic business management at Harvard University and artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and data science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Silver also served as a Board Member at Florida based Stetson University where he is an advisor on post graduate and continuing education courses in Disruptive Leadership, Analytics and Big Data.
